Extreme over-crowding: ---------------------I made a reservation for a large group for 9pm. The person on the phone told me it was no problem and that my he wrote down my reservation. It sounded suspicious to me, so I asked him again if he was absolutely sure they could accomodate my large party at 9pm. He said yes.
We sohwed up at 9pm, and they could not find our reservation. After arguing with them for about 5 minutes, they finaly found my reservation, but claimed it was for 9:30. The restaurant was extremely overcrowded, with chairs pressed back to back, and no moving room. We finaly got a table that was too small for my party.
Then the manager argued another 5 minutes with me, claiming that I never made a reservation even after his host already found my reservation!
After all this, the food was actualy good. But I am never going back there again.
